On their audition form I ask if they are willing to kiss on stage. If they say no I don't consider them for roles that require a kiss. I've never experienced a problem after that but if someone refused or changed their mind after indicating on the form they were good with it I'd probably find a way to ...

I did the show nearly a decade ago and it was a lot of fun and very well received. The music is beautiful and not at all too much for high schoolers. There's dance required but not large group numbers. Very few male roles. No chorus, so not a great show if you want to get a lot of kids on stage. The ...
