Since selling my truck, I have made use of trucks and vans owned by the school (district). Kurt Knoedelseder Theatre ...

Yes! Do it. The guys love Monty Python. This show brought me my highest number of guys at auditions. Three years later, I'm still benefiting from the number of guys that were drawn to this show. Tech and costumes are challenging but not a deal breaker. Kurt Knoedelseder Theatre Director/Theatre ...

Been there...done that as both a theatre director and administrator. Meet with your admin ASAP (pre-meeting) and lay out for them exactly what you just posted for us. Bring with you your extensive handbook and explain the audition process to them. Many administrators understand sports not theatre. ...

I may have a unique view of this situation. I have been both a theatre director and an athletic director. If the basketball coach's son started and scored 20 plus points a game and made the all-conference and all-state teams at the end of the season…no one would complain. They would be thrilled he went ...

There isn't "music." You have to write it yourself. I've done the show twice and have had students write the music each time. Great opportunity for future song writers.
