Kurt H. Knoedelseder has been involved in educational theatre for 36 years. He spent 16 years as Director of Theatre Arts and 6 years as Athletic/Activities Director at Ladue Horton Watkins High School, before joining De Smet Jesuit in 2011. He also served on the staff of the Missouri Fine Arts Academy for 10 years. He spent two terms on the State Thespian Board. He earned his B.S. in Theatre and Journalism from MacMurray College in 1982 and his M.A. in Theatre (Directing) from Lindenwood University in 1992. He also holds an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Maryville University. Kurt has worked professionally for Theatre Factory-St. Louis, Stages-St. Louis, Gash-Voight Dance Theatre and Orthwein Theatre Company.
