Tom Lupfer (Director, Producer, Technical Director) is a graduate of the Program in Educational Theatre at New York University, where he earned an M.A. He also holds a B.A. in Theatre from Susquehanna University. Currently, Tom is a teacher at Glenfield School, a performing arts magnet school in Montclair, NJ, where he teaches multiple facets of the theatre, including Stanislavski acting technique, voice and movement, Greek theatre, Shakespeare, improvisation, and playwriting.
In addition, he directs, produces and serves as technical director for the Pascack Valley HS Theatre program, annually directing a play (recently: Metamorphoses, Letters to Sala, The Dining Room, Don't Drink the Water, Romeo and Juliet, The Laramie Project and Ten Years Later), and musical (Pippin, Urinetown, Anything Goes, Cabaret, Curtains) each season, in addition to special events.
