I have a small theater program (usually around 30 kids that are a mix of junior high and high schoolers). I have about 5-6 boys total and a handful of extremely talented girls. We have some decent dancers in a dance corp. I am in need of ideas for future shows. I'm toying with shows like Newsies (with ...

I'd love some tips on the best ways to manage cold reads for auditions. We've done cold reads for auditions for years but I've never loved our set up. With 30+ kids auditioning for a ton of roles, it can be quite tedious and I want to be sure everyone gets a fair chance in the audition while also keeping ...

We did Murder Me, Always by Lee Mueller a few years back and it was so much fun! The kids took their characters and made them over the top. The play is also written with a question and answer part and the audience gets to vote on who they think the killer is which adds a fun element ------------- ...

Also the paint won't bleed thru as much as they would on a sheet. Also drop cloths are only about $15-20 ...
