I would look into AEO Studios out of Orlando FL. He has the makeup and the different parts without buying the whole set of prosthetics. He's really easy to work with.

The Mehron Mini Pro Kits retail for less than $20 and they offer 4 skin tones in each kit. Teachers have found they are easier to find a skin tone and they are cheaper. It sounds like you have good practice during the show. Yes you can clean you makeup, cream or pressed powder. You can use rubbing alcohol to wipe down the surface of each product. You don't need to throw it away unless it's damaged or has gone bad from heat or age.
