Can anyone point me to the link for the sound design webinar conducted about a year or so ago via EDTA?  I thought I had it bookmarked or saved, but no longer able to locate it and was hoping to share with students this month.  Thanks!

    Hey Mark!
Thank you for asking about the Sound Design webinar.  That was done early on in the Covid-19 pandemic, when tech educators were just beginning to figure out how to teach from home and design virtual work.  Our presenter pulled in some students and they gave real life examples of sound design tasks.
You can find that webinar here:

You may also be interested in the unit on sound design found in the Model Cornerstone Assessments portion of our resources.  It offers a downloadable unit on sound design you could use right away.  Students are asked to create a sound plot to illustrate a poetry reading.  The MCA page shares the scoring rubric and shows you a sample of student work.  It makes a great companion piece to the webinar.
