Stop Kiss by Diana Son. There are at least three scenes that would be long enough.

You've probably already thought of this one, but if not--

Not sure if Almost, Maine would work?  I cannot remember the title of the scene but there is one for women and one for men.

The scene in Almost, Maine is titled "They Fell," but you have to be sure to get a copy of the revised version, where the scene is given both in its original version for Chad and Randy and in a re-written version for Deena and Shelly.

John Cariani's follow-up play, Love/Sick, has a good dramatic scene for a lesbian couple titled "Where Was I?"  Two of my students performed it in class earlier this school year.

I've had students work on Stop Kiss, by Diana Son, and Kiss and Cry, by Tom Rowan.

There's also The Killing of Sister George.... I remember doing a scene from it while I was in college.

I second "Stop Kiss" and also recommend "The Children's Hour" for an older work.

Actually, I now remember that only one of the two women in "The Children's Hour" is a lesbian.

There's another issue with The Children's Hour, and it's fresh in my mind because two of my students performed the last big Karen/Martha scene in class yesterday, and I brought this up for discussion after the performance.  Many gay people today have a love-hate relationship with the play, appreciating that it was considered progressive - even shockingly so - in its day, but also seeing that it falls into a whole pack of older plays where gay characters are only portrayed as miserable, unhappy people who end up committing suicide, being murdered, or being institutionalized.  Sensitive handling, however, can still make it theatrically effective, and such plays are historically important as a necessary interim step that led to today's more varied and diverse representation of gay characters onstage.

Something Unspoken by Tennessee Williams was my favorite in College. It's a short play.

"Last Summer at Bluefish Cove" should have some scenes that would work. There is a scene in "Fefu and Her Friends" between two exes, but I don't think it's five minutes long.
