  • 1.  Why am I getting multiple threads on the same post?

    How come I'm seeing multiple threads on the same post? Is there a way to be able to click on a post and see all the responses? Currently, I have to click on each individual thread. Is this because people are replying to sender instead of replying to group? Is there a setting I can adjust to make all the threads be together? Help!

    Hi Sean! I haven't noticed anything strange today, what are you clicking on to get this type of list?
    Feel free to email me more details (or screenshots, if you have them) so I have a better idea of the issue: gbutsch@schooltheatre.org.

    In the meantime, here's a way to view all the discussions and posts in a community. Go up to the blue navigation bar, hover over "Community," then go over to "Open Forum" and "Open Forum Discussions, " as shown in the picture below:


    That should bring up the list of all discussions in the Open Forum. Clicking on the blue link for a specific discussion will bring up the entire thread and all of the responses:
