Happy September everyone,
Welcome back to school! Here's hoping you are all settled in by now. I'm excited to share that we have been invited to participate in a back to school time national survey conducted to assist states, schools, and other organizations in understanding the satisfaction levels of theatre educators across the United States, being conducted by the National Federation of High School Associations. NFHS is an umbrella organization for state associations of high school athletics and performing arts, and a partner organization of EdTA. I am proud to represent our members by serving on the NFHS' theatre, speech and debate advisory committee. By helping NFHS get current data about the state of the theatre education field, we will gain valuable tools and access to our own custom data dashboard which we can with all of you and assist in your advocacy efforts.
The survey is fast turn around, it closes September 29th, however the good news is that should take only around 7-minutes to complete.
