National Disaster Script Bank Will Benefit High Schools Nationwide
Samuel French, the theatrical publishing and licensing company, is collaborating with the Educational Theatre Association to launch a Natural Disaster Script Bank for high schools nationwide. The Bank, which began its collection in September 2017, will donate scripts to schools whose libraries are lost to natural disasters. (Playbill)
EdTA Members Elect Three Board Members
Members of the Educational Theatre Association elected three board members in results announced at the annual meeting held Friday, September 14 at the EdTA National Conference.
Founders’ Award Presented to Ball State University Professor
Michael Daehn of Ball State University has been honored with the Educational Theatre Association’s Founders’ Award which is presented to an individual or group who has made significant contributions to the growth and development of theatre education, research, and practice.
