I'm brand new to ITS and am trying to reinstate a troupe at my school that has been inactive since 1991. I'm looking for a letter template to send out to the parents of eligible students letting them know what ITS is, What an honor it is to be inducted and how it can benefit their child in the future. If any of you have something like this would you mind emailing it to me? I'm just looking for a jumping off place. We are looking at holding our first induction ceremony in approx 5-6 weeks. Thanks in advance!!!!!

It's great to see so much interest in the Parent Letter template!

We're working on adding a downloadable Thespian parent letter template to the Thespian troupe director resources page and a Junior Thespian parent letter template to the Junior Thespian troupe director resources page.

If you'd like us to send you a copy in the meantime, please send your request by email to members@schooltheatre.org rather than adding your request to the thread. Be sure include your school name, troupe number, email address, and if you'd like a Thespian letter, Junior Thespian letter, or both.
