This is such a great opportunity to grow and learn! I have been using  Dr. Gholdy Muhammad's book in my college courses with pre-service educators, as well as our EdTA Connected Arts Network teachers and it is an exciting opportunity to re-think and re-design curriculum to align to the values of social justice and critical pedagogy that many teachers are seeking! For me, Dr. Muhammad's work is exciting because it frames curriculum design as an artistic process; and arts and arts-making are woven through the text and tools for joy and meaning-making! This is a wonderful opportunity to reflect and grow personally, rethink curriculum for the fall, and contribute to a changing wave in the larger field of education where we all work to align our curriculum to our values as an organization!
