So I returned our materials for our Winter Musicals back in January. I stupidly forgot to take a picture of the tracking # before I lost it. It's been nearly three months since I shipped them over, and I am still getting emails saying my materials are missing and my account is overdue. I have no way to see if they actually got them or not, and I'm stressing. Does it usually take them this long to scan them in?
