I have only produced Lockdown while back which felt about 45 min in length. Plus not really about survivor stories. I have not read all these plays fully, but my guess is they might have something your student would be excited about since there are multiple plays to pull from etc: https://www.enoughplays.com/plays. Not sure how the licensing might work with just a portion of the play(s) but I would think playscripts would work with you. Here are the two more specific links which you can read online for free, although you may have to purchase a perusal copy eventually to read all the endings: https://www.playscripts.com/sample/5115, https://www.playscripts.com/sample/5656. It is a really relevant subject so major kudos to you and your student thinking about doing a show that's related. It's definitely why I've kept #enough on my radar.
Cheers,
Colleen

Subject: Does anyone know of a 30 (or less) minute play that address the issue of Gun Violence?
I have a student who is passionate about telling the stories of survivors of gun violence. Does anyone know a play that could fit that?
It has to be 30 minutes or less.
Thanks!
