I have been having the same difficulty. I went through the process of inducting 17 new Jr. Thespian Members (and paying for them) on June 26th. I have not received my materials yet. I was finally able to reach someone in early September who let me know that they were short staffed and induction materials were delayed. However, she said that I should be expecting my materials in 2 weeks. Well, it's been almost 4 weeks. I called and emailed to follow up again and I still cannot reach anyone. It's incredibly frustrating. We still have about 2 months before our induction ceremony, but this is a really long time waiting. I'm sorry to hear that you are in a similar pickle. I wonder if anyone has had any luck about getting in touch with them and if so, how? Fingers crossed our issues will be resolved soon!
