My work in the past few years has combined life experiences in theater and education to create a focus on how individuals and groups work together to build synergy toward shared outcomes. This process lives out in the collaborative creative process of theater and lessons from that process are regularly transferred to management needs in business and education. The underlying question that I ask is to what extent can the participant experience agency in their context in order to maximize their own creative capacity and efficacy.
Beginning in the Fall of 2013 I will be spending three years studying my MFA in Directing at the Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. After that...who knows!?!?
