For the past twenty years, I have been teaching Drama grades 9-12 as well as Advanced Acting, Musical Theatre and Technical Theatre. However; I have been seconded to our Provincial Government as a Curriculum Specialist for Drama and will be an integral part of the team creating our new Provincial Curriculum which should be an exciting challenge.
I also work in a variety of capacities with Theatre Alberta our Provincial Umbrella Organization for all things theatre.
Recent directorial credits include: A Midsummer Night's Dream (Adapted), Les Miserables, The Jungle Book (co-authored) and A Christmas Carol.
Technical theatre and design is one of my strengths.
I am passionate about mentoring young educators and infusing creativity and drama across the curriculum.
