A Denver native, I attended college at Oberlin with the intention of being a sportscaster. Several adventures later, and deep conversion and appreciation for the kindness of the theatre community, led me to Mountain Vista High School, where I have been for twelve years.
I currently teach and direct every level of theatre, as well as film production classes and a sports broadcasting class, with varying degrees of success, and I am grateful every day that I get to do something truly dynamic with fascinating and stimulating people.
My favorite productions include: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, The Passage, Twelfth Night, Pippin, Urinetown: The Musical, and The Heidi Chronicles.
I live in a nice little house in Denver with a beautiful, wonderful wife, and an adorable and feisty daughter.
I am an avid reader, pursuing ideas and seeking inspiration. I enjoy playing basketball, football, baseball, soccer, skiing, biking, hiking, and more.
I am a passionate, articulate, and intellectual sports (and books, movies, philosophy, art, music, and more) fan who enjoys talking with anyone else equally intrigued.
