Bio

Stanley R. Coleman, a native of Texas and Louisiana, is a retired professor of theatre and speech from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA, where he was also the director of theatre. His teaching career spans over 40 years, and he is currently teaching for Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon, where he lives with his partner, Bill. In addition to having directed numerous plays over his career, Coleman is a singer, actor, and pianist, especially noted for performing the one-man show, PAUL ROBESON, at various venues in Louisiana, New Mexico, Oregon, and other parts of the U.S.
