I am a middle-level speech and theatre educator and forensics coach at a Detroit-area independent school. My particular passions include the incorporation of playful learning in early adolescence, as well as project-based and other 21st century approaches. I have presented on these topics for Association of Independent Michigan Schools and at two EDTA national conferences,. When not in the classroom, you can find me enjoying time at home with my three young children, or singing soprano in one of Detroit's historic Catholic churches.
