I have been sewing since I was a 12 years old, learning the basics in Home Ec. I made all my clothes including Prom dress until we’ll into my twenties. Once I had children, my daughter got interested in theatre at school so I started making costumes for her school. Met and worked with some amazing directors with great vision that really helped me become more and more creative. I recently retired from a career in software selling to higher education. I moved to Florida and volunteer at Gulf Coast High School working with the fabulous Jennifer Price. I am in my second year there- doing costumes for Momma Mia, Little Mermaid, Chicago, All Shook Up, and current Shrek.
I have also done Peter Pan, Legally Blond and a number of costumes for show tune montages
