Bio

"You can't lead the people if you don't love the people. You can't save the people if you don't serve the people." - Dr. Cornel West

And so I serve - where ever I might best be an agent for change.

I recently completed my third year as a full-time classroom instructor and first year as the Theatre Director at Hawthorne High School.

I have a long history of serving in our education sector, in non-profit, tutoring, counseling, college prep & awareness, visual & performing arts, community advocacy, grassroots organizing, research & writing. I have worked in both secondary and post-secondary environments.

In the long term, I will eventually create a school or organization geared towards creating stronger communities through the arts, service and education.
