Hi Timothy, I can only speak for the Northwest programs, Oregon specifically. Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon, has an excellent education program, always has (it used to be Oregon College of Education). I allow half credit for out-of-school productions when my students act in or tech a show, whether it is for a community theatre, college theatre, or touring children's theatre machine that charges for participation. I feel that this encourages them to be active, but also rewards them for staying involved ...
