Rehearsal for Murder sounds like a great option.  The set is a basic rehearsal space (we did it with a folding table and several folding chairs) with flashbacks to an apartment but you can absolutely keep that minimal as well.  I think the cast is right at 10 with easily accessible roles for high school ...
