Hello, I found some cool stuff from cos-play sites.  And it was suggested to me to make the monster masks from "papercraft".  If you google it, you'll get a bunch of projects that can be completed by students.  We then contacted a specific vendor for FOAM weapons so we didn't have to worry so much ...
