Thank you everybody for your input. I think I am going to go with just a $15 fee. I won't turn anyone away if they can't afford it. They will be asked to supply part of their costume. We are doing Emma! A pop musical. So they are in school uniforms mostly. I will use the $15 to buy the girls matching ...
