We built a small platform with the ramp on one side and the other was the "jail" for Dorothy to be locked into.  This solved having to have a door for the others to come through. Just finished "Little Mermaid." We had a blast. I loved the music. As for male roles - I cast Flounder & Scuttle as female and some of the sailors (with good make-up & costumes).
