    2 questions, 

    1. What do you do with Exchange students who earn enough points to be inducted? Do you invite them even though they are leaving? 

    2. I have a student from Germany and they are curious if there are troupes in Germany and if so, what cities are they located in?

    I absolutely recommend inducting them! They have earned the honor, & they came to our country to have every experience! Not to mention that we ARE the International Thespian Society. They earned it - enjoy awarding them!

    If the exchange student has met your qualifications, and they want to join, let them join! All students leave eventually, but Thespian Membership is for life.
