  • 1.  Tech question on Stephen Gregg’s play TRAP

I am seriously considering producing Stephen Gregg's new play TRAP. But,..... does anyone have suggestions on how to do the special effect of the glowing eyes at the end?
    Thank you.

We were lucky enough to both see 'Trap' at the Thespian Festival this summer, and also to be involved as 'plants' in the audience. They used glasses with little red LED lights taped on to the frame. It had a little switch on the glasses to turn them on when needed. Pretty simple and very effective!

In Lincoln last summer, they used glasses that had light-up pieces on the frames. You didn't notice them until the end. And the audience went NUTS.

I came across this question and was intrigued by the play title, so I read it.  I think I'm going to produce this as well!!  Thank you for posting about it!  Let me know if you have any other genius ideas.  I'm going to start thinking about those glasses....  :)

    Enjoy your day!
