Hi,
As times have changed, I think it of value to look at videos created by the industry/topic at hand and not generalized videos. Manufacturer created manuals are extremely important as they tell you exactly what they deem necessary to know.
Tool safety is well addressed by looking at materials from: https://www.powertoolinstitute.com/
Similarly, there are numerous videos on rigging safety from Chicago Flyhouse: https://www.flyhouse.com/
Electrical Safety may be readily addressed looking at available CTE materials.
As safety is such a broad topic and strongly influenced by the equipment you have, I would encourage you to teach not just a unit on safety but rather, safety within every unit you teach.
I would also encourage you to look at the Entertainment Standards available at esta.org and found under the TSP tab. They are free and although written for individuals with greater experience than perhaps you have, still offers "nuggets" of information that are invaluable.
Best Wishes,
Dana

Subject: Updated Theatre Safety Videos??
Hello all!
I'm gearing up for Theatre Safety training and set construction unit. I have old videos I've used in the past, but was wondering if there is anything new out there that can give students a general training on theatre safety?
