Hello! I am trying to find the instructions or rules for performing a one-act at the Virginia Thespian Festival, which I assume match the ITF. I've found the closed registration page, the ITF page about asking your state organization, and a brief handout with links that don't work anymore. Since it will be our first time entering a one-act, I'd appreciate help finding the rules before trying to select material!
