One quick clarification: I'm especially interested in a schedule that outlines the overall cadence of the season, beyond the rehearsal or production timeline. I'm trying to build a clearer picture of the recurring milestones, planning rhythms, and key touchpoints that happen each year, so any materials that reflect that broader view would be incredibly helpful.

I am wondering if anyone has a production schedule that they can share. I am looking specifically for all the pieces that keep you organized when planning, casting, rehearsing, and Directing your productions. I admit that I have done it for so long, I go by instinct and routine. But, I have had directive from my supervisor that it would be helpful  to have a more specific schedule mapped out in advance in case I need extra support.
