Does anyone have to submit a form to their principal to get approval for shows?    In our district we currently don't but they asked us to come up with something, which is a lot easier than them creating an "Approval Committee"

I don't have one, but I'd really like to see one!  We have an approval committee now and it takes quite a while to get shows through it.

Here is the one we use at my school.  I can't find the blank document at this moment, but this is one I filled out for our Spring Play.  Hope this helps.

We just had to start getting administration approval for shows 3 years ago. After a year of growing pains, we developted a rubric. I've attached it. It has worked for the last 2 years and we haven't had any issues or had any shows rejected by administration.
