    Posted 7 days ago

    Good Afternoon!

Our theatre program annually produces a Unified Production with the special Education department and I am currently stumped for titles. We typically perform in a time slot that is conducive to a holiday performance but are open to any type. A play with music would work, although we would like to avoid a full musical. We have tried to keep shows under 75 minutes. Lots of roles would be great! Or flexible casting.

Any suggestions you have would be fantastic!

I would suggest the large cast, holiday comedy, "The Christmas Crisis" where Santa's Christmas delivery is in jeopardy when video game addiction strikes the North Pole.  There are plenty of parts for Elves and Reindeer.  It's a straight play, but you could probably add in some holiday tunes if you wanted to.  The running time is around 70 - 80 minutes (NOT the 90 minutes advertised).  It's available from Next Stage Press (www(dot)nextstagepress(dot)com)
