    Has anyone produced "Oliver" with a bit of a different take on it?  Modern costumes?  A professional company in Washington D.C. seemed to have created a more current street vibe but I can't find much information.

    We did Oliver with a steampunk aesthetic in the costumes and set design.  My favorite part was an arm piece for Fagin that looked like he needed mechanical assistance to move his arm--our head-cannon was that he no longer had the dexterity to be a pick-pocket and thats why has the urchins.
