Become a Teaching-Artist-in-Residence at ITF
June 21-26, 2026 - Indiana University Bloomington
Each summer, thousands of Thespians gather at the International Thespian Festival (ITF) to explore every aspect of theatre, from performance and design to directing and stage management. And this year, ITF is expanding the experience with a brand-new Educator Track, designed specifically for theatre teachers attending with their students.
EdTA welcomes proposals from qualified educators for both student and educator tracks. Applications due December 10.

Present at TEC
July 22-24, 2026 - New York, NY
At the Theatre Education Conference (TEC), teachers, artists, and scholars come together to exchange ideas, deepen their craft, and advance theatre education for students everywhere. This year, TEC will expand its stage at Open Jar Studios in NYC, where theatre education and professional theatre meet.
Submit a proposal to present an Educational Workshop, Research-in-Progress Roundtable, or Pedagogy in Practice Presentation. Applications due December 10.
