Hi Cathy,
Although it has been a few decades for me, I instantly thought of Emerson (Boston), and especially of Steinhardt (NY), as they are the ones that offer PD and graduate classes that make me wish I was still a student.
I also know that New England College and UNH (both NH) have programs, but don't know a lot about them. UNH has Little Red Wagon, which is their children's theatre performance group - which I can personally testify is at least 50 years old!
