Maximum number of students in drama class?

Do any of you have language in your contract for how large drama classes are allowed to be? We currently have legacy language in the contract that lists drama in a group of "performing arts groups" along with Choir and Band, which theoretically allows up to 75 students in one class (talk about an epic game of zip zap zop).  While we don't have actual numbers close to that, the classes are full and we are trying to adjust the language to bring it in line with a regular academic class (36). We are hoping to show that massive drama classes are not typical.
I think on their end, they don't want to limit opportunities for students. But of course, drama doesn't function like Choir or Band - we don't work on a massive piece all together and adding more and more to the roster will have diminishing returns for those students.
I think there's an opening to change the language, but having data is always helpful. Anything you can share would be great. Thank you!
