I am not sure if this is the right place for this, but I am a retired teacher, yet still involved in the ITS Troupe where I taught and am on the PA State Thespian Board. I have some materials available for use in your classroom or as a resource in your planning. I am not looking to give them away but am willing to part with them for much less than what I paid for them. I have a set of Cards by Viola Spolin (complete set in excellent condition) and the following books that are pictured in the attachment. I have 2 or 3 additional books as well.
