    It depends on if you mean track order or physical place. I know that when we did it (the high school edition), it took the place of the song "Two Men in my Life", which was I think the 5th song on the Broadway cast album. It's hard for me to remember, but I believe it takes place at old Edward's home, maybe in the laundry room? I seem to remember that our Sandra was folding laundry either during or prior to the song.

    When BIG FISH Small Cast version was created at SpeakEasy Stage in Boston in 2015, Sandra's song in Scene 8, Two Men in My Life was replaced with a new song, Magic in the Man. When BIG FISH School Edition was created for the 2015 Texas Thespians All-State production, the authors decided to include Magic in the Man in the school edition as well. Two Men in My Life remains in Scene 8 the original, Broadway version of BIG FISH.

    Melinda,

    I agree with Jim Hoare.  When we did the full version of Big Fish in November 2016, "Magic in the Man" was not included, but "Two Men in my Life" sung by Sandra was included in Act 1, Scene 8.
