I was in the process of adding inductees one by one into the induction portal.  When I reached 25, I received a prompt indicating I cannot induct more than 25 on the portal and should upload a troupe roster.  (Wish it would have prompted that at the beginning).  Anyways I reviewed the How to induct thespians video and suppossedly there is an upload roster on my snapshot page.  I cannot seem to find a link on any page to upload a roster.  I don't want to induct the 25 and then incur additional shipping and processing charges again for the remaining 10 students.  Can anyone help me find this upload link?  

I haven't started yet - but I came here looking for the same button! I have been watching for this - I have not seen a functioning "upload roster" button since before covid.

The button it import troupe roster is missing from the Personal Snapshot page.

Bridget I have sent two messages, once before I posted here and a second today but I still haven't heard anything back. Whats odd is I also cannot find the email inmy outboxes and I tried from my school dist org email and my personal email. Can someone here share what you were advised to do? I went ahead and started adding students to the troupe individually but I am also being greeted with the same message Damari recieved. I have 54 this year...

Hi Ashley and Polly, I understand our Membership team has since been able to connect with you about this. The upload feature had to be removed due to functionality issues and we're working on updating the video to reflect that - apologies for the confusion.
