I don't know about posters, but there are some pretty fine shots on the FB page for Original Practice Shakespeare in Portland, OR. (Full disclosure, I'm one of their summer SMs.) They are a happily inclusive company representing many different genders as well as actively adding BIPOC actors.
You can find out more at their website:

Subject: HS Classroom Set Up
Hello all! I am returning to the theatre classroom after being away for ten years. I will also be teaching HS for the first time (previously MS). I have a black box theatre as my classroom and I'm looking for ideas to decorate it in an inviting, relevant, inclusive way. My first question - Has anyone come across any posters of BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ theatre practitioners? Secondly, what are some of your favorite go-tos or must-haves for setting up your classroom space?
Thank you in advance!
