If you're in or near New York City at the end of June, here's an opportunity worth your time.
The Spotlight New Works Fest runs June 29–July 5 at The Chain Theatre in midtown Manhattan, right next to Times Square. The mission is simple: develop the next big show that drama programs across the country will want to produce. These are new plays and musicals in development, and your feedback as an educator is exactly what the writers and directors need to hear.
Attending isn't just watching passively; it's being an active part of the process. You'd be in the room where the next big educational theatre title gets shaped!
Admission is free, but RSVPs are required.
