Thank you for posting this question-I'm happy to help clarify, as this situation does come up fairly often. It also applies to any Troupe Director who encounters the error message: "email is in use by another account."
In these cases, the Membership Team asks that you send a list of the Junior Thespians who have earned Thespian induction to members@schooltheatre.org. Please include as much detail as possible-especially for students with common names-but at minimum, we need each student's full name and email address.
There are just a few adjustments we need to make on our end before you're able to proceed with the inductions. Once those updates are complete, we'll reply to confirm that the student accounts are ready to go.
