  • 1.  Help - registering Jurnior Thespians into High School thespians

    I'm trying to register new members, but I can't register those who were part of Jr. Thesians at our feeder middle school since it says that the email is in use by another account. Am I missing something? Ive checked the handbook and the open forum, but I don't see anything regarding this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I had a similar problem last year, and I contacted Thespians. I gave them the names of the students, and they fixed it for me!

    I think because there is no longer a separation of Jr. and High School Troupes you will need to have the students transferred from the Jr. Troupe to your troupe. There should be an option on your dashboard to transfer students. I would also just email members@schooltheatre.org to help get it sorted for you.

    Thank you for posting this question-I'm happy to help clarify, as this situation does come up fairly often. It also applies to any Troupe Director who encounters the error message: "email is in use by another account."

    In these cases, the Membership Team asks that you send a list of the Junior Thespians who have earned Thespian induction to members@schooltheatre.org. Please include as much detail as possible-especially for students with common names-but at minimum, we need each student's full name and email address.

    There are just a few adjustments we need to make on our end before you're able to proceed with the inductions. Once those updates are complete, we'll reply to confirm that the student accounts are ready to go.
