Hello, I am always eager to discuss the uses of A.I.
I personally can't see AI being an effective tool in theater. Theater is always a hands on and personal field, either to connect or marvel and audience. Being personal is something AI simply lacks, and no amount of coding will make others feel personal to it. On a technical aspect, I can see students using AI to help them make quick visual rough designs for the stage or used as a spring board for ideas. However, AI has a major problem with looking accurate and stereotyping, so although helpful, it should never be used for a final product, especially for a script.
In short, I say because AI is very bad at "being human", despite how people advertise it, it shouldn't be used in theater.
I'm open to discussing this more
