Not sure what your budget is for "high quality fangs" but a friend of mine makes fangs, however they are not cheap. They do stay in without the need for any sort of adhesive. It does take some practice to talk with them. You cannot keep them in while eating or drinking - maybe with a straw if you are super careful. https://www.horrorfangs.com
Can you use a rubber bat attached to a fishing pole somehow? Small drone?
for spray fog, can use some sort of chalk dust to make a cloud? Chalk is non-toxic. Maybe in a tiny plastic bag hidden in a hand/pocket/up a sleeve? Of course it could also make the floor potentially slippery.

Subject: Dracula Fangs, Bat Effects & Other stuff...
Hi,
We're doing Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors at the end of this month in the SF Bay Area. I'm looking for advice on a few effects:
--Can you recommend high quality fangs that Dracula could wear for the full play and still be able to talk?
--Ideas on having a bat flying into a room in a funny way... when we have no way of putting something above us?
--Ideas for what we'd use for "spray fog"...In the play, supposedly the cast sprays "fog" at Dracula as he walks in to be funny. I ordered spray fog used for photo shoots and it said to not spray at people... what else could do that trick?
--Ideas for sleight of hand trick pulling a small piece of paper out of thin air?
Thanks for any ideas/help you can provide.
