    The deadline for high school students to submit to the has been EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 16. A submission is ONE SONG that could be part of a musical. The musical does not have to be written. ALL round one submissions receive feedback from professionals in the field. 

    Over the next two weeks, students have four chances to receive one-on-one feedback through our Regional Song Share Online Workshops, hosted by NAMT member theatres. Students just log into our digital waiting room to be matched with a mentor for personal consultation. They can learn more about the program at https://namt.org/challenge/, and get the guidance they need to perfect their song. Each event spotlights a specific region, but all students are welcome to attend any or all of the Song Share events!

    • Southern Song Share - Tuesday, January 20, 5-7pm CT / 6-8pm ET
      with Aurora Theatre (GA), Red Mountain Theatre (AL) & Theatre Under The Stars (TX)

    • Midwest Song Share - Thursday, January 22, 5-7pm CT / 6-8pm ET

    with Constellation Stage & Screen (IN), The Muny (MO) & Theater Latté Da (MN)

    with Barrington Stage (MA), Prospect Musicals (NY) & Philadelphia Theatre Company (PA)

    with Broadway Rose Theatre Company (OR), Diversionary Theatre (CA) & La Jolla Playhouse (CA)
