  • 1.  Coming of age plays (not necessarily Neil Simon)

    Hi,

I'd love to find a dramaedy that's also coming of age. I know Neil Simon did Lost in Yonkers, and his Eugene Trilogy, that's not really what I'm looking for. Though I would love to do Lost in Yonkers, I don't think we could find an appropriate Jay and Arty (this is at a  community college). If it were set in the 1960s, all the better since there's a lot to unpack there. Does anyone have a recommendation?

What I Did Last Summer by A.R Gurney might be worth looking into. It's a cast of 2m 4w, and set in 1945.
