Given the rapid changes happening in higher ed right now, I'd suggest you pick a geographic area and do a google search for what you are looking for. E.g. Ohio college musical theater or Wisconsin college stagecraft.
Many colleges are closing their programs, or have streamlined offerings this year. Google's going to give you the most recent info.
